C-Vita collects the minimum necessary personal information for the provision of services to our customers. The collected information is used for the following purposes:

• Membership management, personal identification, use of Topcare services, and handling inquiries or complaints regarding the services.

Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

Your personal information is retained for the duration of your service use and is immediately destroyed upon the termination of service use. However, personal information may be kept for a certain period if required to be preserved under relevant laws and regulations.

Procedure and Method of Personal Information Destruction

When destroying personal information, Topcare deletes personal information stored in electronic file format using technical methods that prevent the reproduction of records. Personal information recorded on paper documents is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

Provision and Sharing of Personal Information

We do not provide your personal information to a third party without your consent. Exceptions may apply where personal information must be provided within the necessary scope under legal provisions.
